TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Website, as well as the purchase of products offered in any e-commerce section. Accessing and using the Website, as well as purchasing products, implies that you have read, understood, and accepted these general conditions.

All content published or present on the Website (including trademarks, logos, texts, photographs, images, videos, product descriptions, graphic layouts, and software) is the property of Capanna Alberto S.p.A. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

3. GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS (E-SHOP)

3.1 Subject of the Service and Prices

The Website offers the sale of premium cured meats, including Prosciutto di Parma PDO and aged specialties.

Prices are shown in Euros (€) and may include or exclude VAT depending on the user type. Shipping costs and taxes are displayed before order completion.

Due to natural variation in food products, actual weight may differ slightly from the indicated weight. Final billing follows standard commercial tolerances.

3.2 Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded when an order confirmation email is sent. The Owner may refuse orders in case of unavailability, incorrect data, or fraud suspicion.

3.3 Payment Methods

Payments may be made via credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payment data is handled by external providers and is not stored on our servers.

3.4 Shipping and Delivery

Shipments are handled by express couriers suitable for food transport. Delivery times are indicative and may vary.

Upon delivery, customers must check packaging integrity and report any visible damage with a written reservation on the delivery receipt.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code.

However, food products are excluded under Article 59 (rapidly perishable goods). Sealed non-perishable goods may be returned if intact. Return costs are borne by the customer.

5. LEGAL WARRANTY

Products are covered by legal conformity warranty. Defects must be reported with photographic evidence within legal terms for replacement, refund, or voucher.

6. LIABILITY

The Website aims for continuous service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. No liability is accepted for indirect damages.

7. PRIVACY

8. LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Italian law.

Consumers: jurisdiction is the consumer’s place of residence.
Businesses: exclusive jurisdiction is Parma, Italy.
